Trapped Inside a Filter Bubble

When we enter 'food' in our google search, someone in the United States will find different results than someone who lives in Spain. A person in the US would find results, such as, hamburger, mac and cheese, hot dogs. While someone in Spain may find, flan, tortilla, or paella as their first search results. Information is now being filtered in many search websites. Depending on where you access google to what your common interests are, Google will filter and "help" you find information that you need. Help is not the best way to describe what is happening. By filtering websites, and useful information, the internet is limiting us. We are being limited to what only interests us, while there is many other new information that we might want to become familiar with out in the network.
